Waffenfabrik Bern, Model: K31 Short Rifle, Cal: 7.5x55mm Swiss, MFG: 1953, S/N: 995735, Straight pull Rifle, 25 3/4'' Barrel. The semi-pistol grip wood sock is very good with light nicks, scratches, ding dents & wear from use/age, Swiss crest on right side of stock by cheek weld. The metal finish rates 85% overall with spots of thinned bluing. Left side of receiver is marked with S/N, top of receiver is marked with Swiss crest, top of barrel is marked, ''735'', ''B'', & other proof marks, end of barrel has importer markings, S/N Matched Bolt, barrel, & magazine. Bore is excellent, bright with minor wear. Blade front sight with protective wings, U-notch tangent rear sight marked 1 to 15, also comes with a Hawke Airmax 4-12x40 AO scope. Metal buttplate with sticker, Side sling mounts, comes with a original Swiss K31 leather sling. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 400 to 800
