CASED, Colt, Anaconda, BTS, CAL: .44 Magnum, MFG: 1997, SN: MM95918, Double Action Revolver, 6'' barrel. The Colt Anaconda was introduced in 1990, in caliber 44 Mag & 45 Colt to compete in the popular large-bore Magnum pistol market. The Anaconda was built on the new & heavier large ''MM''-frame & was initially only produced in stainless steel as standard, with different Special order finishes available. The left side of barrel is stamped ''COLT ANACONDA -- 44 MAGNUM -- ''. The Colt marked textured rubber grips are excellent. The rare mirror high polish stainless (BTS) finish is excellent. Bore is minty. The frame holds a white outline ''U'' notch rear sight & front blade sight, with orange insert. This gun comes in an original Colt blue plastic case, with instruction manual.
