Winchester, Model 1892, marked 44 WCF, MFG: 1902, SN: 197245, Lever Action Rifle, 24 1/4'' Octagon Barrel, Full mag. The original wood stocks are excellent, with a few light handling marks, scuffs & contusions to the original excellent finish. The original factory blue is 95% on barrel & mag, 70% thinning blue on the receiver. The case-hardened lever, hammer & buttplate all display the faded remains of muted case-coloring. Bore is excellent. Barrel fitted with factory adjustable rear sight & standard front sight. Metal crescent buttplate. Tight smooth action. Comes with a Cody Winchester Factory Records Look-up Sheet confirming configuration & dates.
