Winchester, Model 68, Marked .22 SHORT, LONG & LONG RIFLE Cal., MFG. 1934-46 SN: None, Take-down, Bolt Action, Single shot rifle, 27'' round barrel, The original flat pistol grip wood stock is excellent, after having been lightly sanded & refinished with some small scuffs, scrapes & contusions. Metal blue finish is a mix of original finish, with added finish & lots of cleaned pitting on the barrel. Bore is very good & bright. The rifle is fitted with the correct Winchester wheel adjusting, aperture receiver sight & ramp hooded blade front sight. Buttstock carries a Winchester checkered plastic buttplate, with a small edge chip.. A good looking example of a model 68. FFL or C&R - Value: 200 to 400
