G.G. Julcher Hammer Double Shotgun, CAL: 12 GA, MFG: mid 1800's, SN: NSN, Break Action SxS Shotgun, 20 1/2'' barrels. The checkered straight grip stock is fair. The wrist was broken long ago & is held together by four nicely executed metal plates & screws. There are numerous contusions, scratches, nicks & dings. There is a brass plate on the right side of the stock that reads ''TUCSON CASSADAS SALOON''. The barrels & side plates have fully toned to a rust brown patina. There are simple game scene engravings on both sides. The very unique brass receiver, as well as the brass trigger guard & buttplate show wear, with aged patina. Bores are poor, dark & rough. Unique push button break mechanism. The solid rib has a screw head as a front sight. Left firing pin & one screw on upper tang are missing. The screws holding on the hammers are mis-matched. LOP: 14 1/4''. Overall, a well used old west frontier shotgun & cool ''wall hanger''. Antique, No FFL Req. - Value: 300 to 600
