H. Barella, German 3-Barrel Drilling, CAL: 16x16x7mm, MFG: N/A, SN: 2033, Break Action Combo Gun, 26 3/4'' barrels. The tops of the barrels have a roll stamp that reads in a circular fashion ''KRUPP STAHL'', with an accent design in the middle. The sides of the barrels next to the receiver are marked ''NITRO'', with proof marks. The original fancy checkered & capped pistol grip stock with beaded cheek & pointed forend are excellent. There are handling marks to the finish & a small chip fill at the toe. The stock has beautiful figure, with feathered & rippled grain patterns. There is a blank small gold oval nameplate behind the rear sling loop. The metal blue finish on the barrels rates 95%, slightly toned plum. The receiver, break lever, trigger guard, forend break lever & screws all display simple ornamental & accent pattern engraving. The receiver is case-hardened, mostly worn to metal gray, but retains faint case-colors in protected areas. Bores are excellent, with visible light wear. The matted barrel rib holds a pair of folding leaf rear sights & a brass blade front sight. The first flip-up sight can be utilized by pushing the lever forward on the upper tang & the second rear sight has to be manually flipped. Factory sling loops present. Stock carries a grooved plastic buttplate. A beautiful hand crafted high condition German Drilling. LOP: 14'' to front trigger, DAH: 2'', DAC: 1 1/4''.* FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 2000 to 3000
