F.P. Geerinckx, Hammerless Shotgun, CAL: 12GA, MFG: Circa 1924-?, SN: 8118, Break Action SxS Shotgun, 26 3/4'' barrels. The original checkered & capped pistol grip stock is excellent. There are only minor handling marks to the finish. The metal blue finish on the barrels rates 90%, with areas of thinning toned to a gray/brown patina & one small areas of pitting on the right barrel 7 1/2'' from the muzzle. The receiver, side plates, break lever, trigger guard, barrel ends & forend metal components all display intricate ornamental/floral engraving. The receiver is case-hardened, with faint case-colors retained in protected areas. The side plates & bottom plate are blued, rating 90%, with small areas toned to a brown patina. Bores are excellent, with intermittent roughness. The solid matted rib holds a single front bead. Stock carries a ventilated brown rubber recoil pad. Double triggers.
