Lefever Arms Co., Lefever Nitro Special, CAL: 12GA, MFG: 1926, SN: 215827, Break Action SxS Shotgun, Choke: F/M, 30'' barrels. This gun has been partially restored. The original checkered round knob wood stock & forend are excellent, having been refinished. There are minor contusions & dings. The restored metal finish on the barrels rates 99%. The original case-hardened receiver retains vivid case-colors combined with a nice aged patina. Bores are excellent, with intermittent roughness. The solid rib holds a single front bead. Stock carries a grooved plastic buttplate. LOP: 14 1/8''. A 1920's shotgun that presents very well! FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 500 to 1000
