CASED Franchi (Benelli), Model Renaissance Sporting, CAL: 20 GA, MFG: Modern, SN: TB00085, Break Action O/U shotgun, 30'' ported barrels with extended, knurled choke tubes for easy fitting & removal. Franchi marketed this shotgun by saying: Its balance & swing blend in a way that makes the Renaissance Sporting an appealing over & under for clay target shooters at every level. The Renaissance Sporting combines the tradition & technology of Franchi shotguns. The receiver is enhanced with scroll engraving and gold embellishments. The stock, cut from highly figured select walnut and featuring cut checkering, sports a traditional oil finish to complement the beautiful grain pattern of the wood. The stock is further enhanced with an adjustable comb & Franchi's patented, recoil-reducing Twin Shock Absorber system. The original checkered & flat pistol grip wood stocks are excellent, as is the original finish. There is a bit of haze on the right side of stock due to storage. The metal blue finish rates 99% overall. The satin silver finish on receiver is excellent. Bores are excellent. The ventilated & matted rib holds a fiber optic front rail. Weighing in at 8 pounds, this Franchi shotgun uses an extra-strong, stainless steel box-lock action capable of handling a steady diet of high-brass target loads. Gold trigger. Comes in its original hard plastic case, with extra choke, choke tool, booklet & hang tags. An excellent overall & fantastic quality sporting shotgun.
