Winchester Model 1911 SL, CAL: 12 GA, MFG: 1911-25, SN: 21224, Semi-Auto Shotgun, Choke: F, 26'' barrel with a matted grip feature on this model, which is used to help cock the shotgun. The flat pistol grip wood stocks are very good & solid. Both the stock & forend have a couple of nicely repaired cracks, which occurred before the wood was sanded & refinished. Overall appearance is excellent as refinished. The metal has been refinished, having 95% coverage of a plum glossy finish. Bore is very good. The barrel is fitted with a blade front sight. The buttstock holds a factory Winchester buttplate. LOP: 13 1/2''. This is a fairly rare & unusual model. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 200 to 400
