Winchester, Model 1897 Take-Down, CAL: 16 GA, MFG: 1908, SN: 406353, Pump Action Shotgun, Choke: Full, 2 3/4'', 28'' barrel. The original pistol grip stock & corncob forend are very good & solid. The stocks have small scrapes, scratches & contusions to the thinning original finish. The metal blue finish has worn or thinned to 30% overall, with the rest being a gun metal gray. Bore is excellent. Barrel holds a single front bead. Stock carries a poor fitting ventilated recoil pad. LOP 13 7/8'' over pad. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 400 to 800
