SRM Arms Inc., Model M1216, CAL: 12GA, MFG: Modern, SN: A000384, Semi Auto Shotgun, 18 1/2'' barrel w/crown muzzle brake. The synthetic one piece stock & grip is excellent. The factory matte black finish on the receiver rates 99%. The metal blue finish on the barrel rates 99%. Bore is rifled & excellent. The upper picatinny rail holds a Vortex Strike Fire scope. Above the rotary quad tube magazine is a three-face factory picatinny rail, with integrated sling slot & there is a small 1 1/2'' picatinny rail on the top of the front barrel band/magazine housing. The rotary quad tube magazine can be rotated by lifting the front ambidextrous levers & the magazine can be ejected by pressing the front latch. A great option for a home defense shotgun.
