Astra, Model 300, WWII Nazi Marked, CAL: 9mm Kurtz (380 acp), MFG: 1943, SN: 572311, Semi Auto Pistol, 3 7/8'' barrel. The Astra logo checkered black plastic grips are excellent. The restored nickel finish is excellent, with cleaned scuffs & scrapes near the muzzle, along with other minor filled blemishes underneath the finish. The portion of the barrel visible through the ejection port is marked ''9 m/m KURZ'' over an Eibar proof mark. The top of the slide is marked at the front with the Astra logo & the rear ''UNCETA Y COMPAIA / GUERNICA ESPAA''. The left side of the slide is marked at the rear with an Eibar proof mark. The right side of the slide is marked at the rear with the serial number. The left side of the frame behind the left grip panel is marked with a proof house admission proof mark, a Spanish ''N'' date code, indicating the year of manufacture, & an Eibar proof mark. The right side of the frame behind the right grip panel is marked with a German WWII WaA 251 waffenamt inspectors mark & the serial number. Bore is excellent, with strong rifling. The slide holds a fixed groove rear sight & blade front sight. Astra marked detachable mag. Lanyard loop. A WWII era pistol that presents well. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 500 to 1000
