Winchester, Model: 1895, PARTS GUN, Cal: .30 US (30-40 Krag), MFG: 1907, S/N: 58922, Lever action rifle, Barrel 27 7/8'' barrel. Missing stock & forfend. The metal has been nicely, professionally refinished in a matte black finish, stampings are thinned but still clearly visible, viable cleaned pitting showing through finish, new finish remains at 100%. Left side of receiver is marked ''MANUFACTURED BY THE WINCHESTER REPEATIN'' (cut off by rear sight), ''NEW HAVEN.CONN.U.S.A.PAT NOV.5.95.NOV.12.95 AUG17.97.JAN.25.'' (cut off by rear sight), top of receiver is marked with ''WP'' in circle, barrel is marked with ''WP'' in circle, ''.30 U.S.'', upper tang is marked ''MODEL 1895'', ''WINCHESTER'', ''TRADEMARK'' . Bore is excellent, bright & mirror like. Barrel holds a aftermarket beaded blade front sight with a Fully adjustable, side mounted, Redfield Peep sight, Being sold ''as-is'' as a parts gun No returns accepted.
