Marlin, Model 39A, .22 S. L. LR Cal., MFG. 1948, SN: E975, Lever Action Rifle, 24'' Round barrel, Full mag. The original pistol grip wood stocks are excellent, with several minor contusions, scraps & scuffs to original finish. There is some thinning & minor flaking to the finish as well. The original metal blue finish rates 97%, with some haze starting to develop on the receiver. Bore is excellent. Rifle mounted with a Weaver J2.5 scope on Stith mounts. The front sight has been removed with screws filling the provision holes. Stock carries a serrated black plastic buttplate. Marlin bullseye located in belly of the stock. Tight action.
