Custom rifle, Remington Model 700, CAL: .338-300 Win Mag, MFG: Modern, SN: C6244543, Bolt Action Rifle, 24'' barrel. The replaced Ram-line checkered & capped pistol grip black synthetic stock is good. It did require some alteration behind the upper tang to fit the Remington 700 action. There are 5 small screw holes drilled into the right side of the stock, along with minor scuffs, scrapes or rubs. The metal blue finish on the barrel rates 95% & the factory metal finish on the receiver rates 90%. The barrel is a Remington & possibly the original barrel that matched the action, but it has been turned 180 degrees & bored to the new caliber. The bore is very good. The receiver holds a Weaver 4K-W Micro-Trac scope, with some scratches to the finish. There are no open sight provisions on the barrel. Sling studs. Stock carries a KICK EEZ recoil pad.
