CUSTOM C.P. Donnelly of Grants Pass OR (Mauser Action) Custom Bolt Action Sporting Rifle, CAL: 350 Rem, MFG: Modern, SN: MAG-21473, Bolt Action Rifle, 22'' Tapered barrel. C.P. Donnelly was well know to be an expert barrel maker & quality gun maker who had a gunsmith shop in Grants Pass OR from 1969 until his death in 2009 at the age of 80. His family indicated that gun manufacturers from around the world would seek his expertise. The custom made cheeked & flat pistol grip walnut stock on this rifle is inspired by Weatherby stocks & is excellent. It has fantastic grain along with the slanted rosewood forend tip & capped pistol grip. There are few tiny handling blemishes to the original finish. The metal blue finish on the barrel & receiver rates 98%, while the floorplate & trigger guard rate 80%. Barrel is engraved with ''C.P. Donnelly of Grants Pass OR'' marking on center of barrel & caliber marking on left side. Bore is excellent & bright. The receiver carries a Leupold Rifleman 3-9x40mm scope, with no open sight provisions on barrel. Buttstock carries a Decelerator solid recoil pad. Sling studs. A solid custom built sporting rifle in a unique caliber. FFL Req. - Value: 800 to 1500
