SCARCE, Stevens, Model 1915 Favorite, CAL: 22 WRF, MFG: 1915-20, SN: M 738, Single Shot Rolling Block Rifle, 24'' octagon/round barrel. The WRF was a special order option for this model. The original straight grip wood stock is excellent, having been lightly sanded & very nicely refinished. The metal is proud to the wood where the stock meets the receiver. There are a few light handling marks under the refinish. The metal blue finish on the barrel rates 95%. The hammer & trigger appear to have been reblued. The case-hardened receiver & lever exhibit excellent case-colors. Bore is excellent. The barrel holds an adjustable rear & long blade front sights. Stock carries the original checkered plastic buttplate. A partially & excellently restored Stevens Favorite. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 300 to 600
