Chinese Factory 106, Model: Type 56, Cal: 7.62x39, MFG: 1966-67, S/N: 111188, Semi-auto Rifle, 20 3/8'' Barrel. The semi-Pistol grip wood stock is very good, stock appears to have been sanded & re-finished, stock is for the earlier blade bayonet & the bayonet channel has been filled in with a plug of wood,. The metal finish rates 90% on the barrel with light wear, & rates 85% on the receiver with one spot of thinning, & has light scratches. Left side of receiver is marked with triangle Factory stamp, ''TYPE 56 CARBINE'' in Chinese, S/N, & importer markings, Bolt, magazine, & trigger guard are all S/N matched. Bore is Excellent, bright & mirror like. Hooded post front sight, tangent U-notch rear sight marked 1 to 10, has a AK cope rail mount to left side of receiver that will take any standard Ak optics or rails, also comes with a fixed 4x scope marked ''4X-20'' on side, has a Mosin PU style recital. Steel trapdoor Butt plate with full cleaning kit inside. Has cleaning rod. Bayonet has been removed & the lug is gone entirely. One bottom & one side sling mount, comes with period correct green canvas sling, bipod, 20 rounds of surplus 7.62x39 ammo on clips, & Home made green wooded crate for rifle, mimics a original factory shipping crate but is for just one rifle.
