RARE!!! Izhevsk, Model: Tiger (SVD), Cal: 7.62x54mmR, MFG: 1993, S/N: 33193 (#25 of 1000), Semi-auto rifle, 24'' barrel. This rifle was one of 1000 SVD rifles that were planed to be imported by California Armory, Inc, but import got cut off before all of them arrived so less than 700 made it to the states, they are exactly like the Russian Military SVD even made at the same factory but they had shorter barrels, it is the second most rare SVD variant here in the states only behind the KBI imported SVDs of which only 100 came in, which are straight military SVD rifles. The laminated wood thumb hold stock is excellent with minor wear, stock has cheek riser pad for scope, has black polymer handguard. The metal finish rates 98% overall with minor wear. Left side of receiver is marked ''0025 OF 1000'', ''CALIFORNIA'', ''ARMORY, INC.'', ''SAN BRUNO, CA USA'', right side of receiver is marked ''C N'' in triangle, ''PCT'', ''TNTP'', Izhevsk MFG logo, ''TIGER'', ''IZMACH'', ''IZHEVSK'', ''CAL7.62X54'', ''RUSSIA'', ''1993'' & S/N, bottom end of barrel is marked ''0025''. S/N matched bolt. Bore is excellent, bright & mirror like. Hooded post front sight with a tangent U-notch rear sight marked 1 to 12, also comes with a after market PSO-1 4x24-01 with accessories & Russian carrying case. Steel butt plate. Side sling mounts, comes with green canvas sling, reference lot # 5813 for a extra 10 Rd, mag for this rifle. A exceptionally rare rifle that is highly collectable & is sought after by many.
