Colt, Officers Model Target Third Issue, CAL: 38 SPL, MFG: 1936, SN: 599974, Double Action Revolver, 6'' barrel. The top of the barrel is marked with a two line address & patent dates. The left side of the barrel is marked in two lines ''OFFICERS MODEL 38 HEAVY BARREL'' & the Rampant Colt logo is clearly stamped on the left side of the frame. The Colt logo medallion wraparound checkered grips are excellent. The original metal blue finish rates 97% overall. Bore is excellent. Adjustable square notch rear sight & pinned blade front sight. Checkered backstrap. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 1000 to 2000
