Winchester, Model 1894 SRC, marked 30 W.C.F. Cal., MFG: 1915, SN: 801767, Lever Action Carbine, 20'' Round barrel, Full mag., The original wood stocks are very good & solid, but with numerous small scratches, scrapes, nicks & contusions. The wood carries the original finish, which is worn thin from use. The original factory blue finish rates 60% on the barrel, 40% on the mag tube, while the receive has worn gray. The left side of the receiver has an area of lots of stippled abrasions. The barrel carries carbine ladder rear & box blade front sight. Bore is very good. The stock carries a carbine metal buttplate. The original saddle ring is missing & a smaller brass ring has been added. The upper tang is missing one of the filler screws. A well used, but very usable SRC. FFL & C&R Req. - Value: 500 to 1000
