SUPERB Winchester Model 1895, CAL: marked 303 British, MFG: 1924, SN: 419874, Lever Action Rifle, 28'' Tapered round barrel. The factory straight grip wood stock & schnabel forend, with the ebony inlay, are excellent. The finish is excellent, with very few tiny handling marks. The original metal blue finish rates 99% on the barrel, 98% on the receiver lever & box mag. Bore is excellent & bright. The rifle is fitted with a Climbing Lyman #21 receiver sight, factory adjustable rear sight & a small blade front sight. Buttstock carries a crescent metal buttplate. An overall fantastic, extremely high original condition & very collectible example. This would be very difficult to improve upon. FFL or C&R Req - Value: 5000 to 8000
