Winchester Model 1895, CAL: 30-40 Krag, MFG: 1913, SN: 84311, Lever Action Rifle, 19 3/8'' Bull barrel. The custom straight grip & cheeked Monte Carlo style stock & schnabel forend are excellent, displaying fantastic rippled & contrasting grain. The finish is excellent, but with a bit of dulling from use & with very few tiny handling marks. The original metal blue finishes on the receiver, mag box & lever are excellent, rating 95%. The blue on the custom bull barrel also rates 95%. Bore is excellent & bright. The rifle is fitted with a vintage receiver sight, no rear sight provision & ramped blade front sight. The left side of the receiver has four open threaded holes from a previous scope mount. Buttstock carries a ventilated recoil pad. An attractive custom built 1895. FFL or C&R Req - Value: 600 to 1200
