SUPERB Winchester, Model 65, marked 32 W.C.F., MFG. 1933-47, SN: 1006865, Lever Action Rifle, 22'' Round barrel, 1/2 mag holds 7 rounds, The model 65 was a design evolved from the model 53, which itself was an improvement on the 1892. An extremely rare Winchester lever model as only 5,704 were produced during the entire 15 year production run. The original flat pistol grip stocks are excellent, solid & original, with all the original finish & few tiny handling marks.. The original metal blue finish fully rates 99% overall. The barrel carries the original adjustable rear & hooded front sights. Mint bore. Factory widow's peak checkered metal buttplate. A fantastic all original, collector's condition rifle that would be nearly to improve upon, especially with so few produced & far fewer found in unmolested
