RARE Winchester, Model 65, marked 32 WCF (32-20), MFG. 1933-47, SN: 1006762, Lever Action Rifle, 22'' Round barrel, 1/2 mag holds 7 rounds, This is one of the rarest & fewest made Winchester models of all models produced, with only 5,704 total rifles over its 15 yrs as a production model. However most collectors will tell you that they believe production ended by 1942 due to WWII & sales of those previously produced lasted until 1947. The rifle was evolved from the model 53, which was itself an improvement on the 1892. The original flat pistol grip wood stocks are excellent & solid, with some small handling marks or contusions to the original thinning finish. The original metal blue finish rates 80% on the barrel, 70% on the receiver. The rifle is fitted with original adjustable rear sight & a ramped gold point Marbles Sheard front sight. Bore is excellent. Buttstock carries a factory metal checkered buttplate. An all original & collectible rare model 65. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 2000 to 3500
