Sporterized Rifle, Built from a Remington 03-A3 Action, CAL: 30-06, MFG: 1942 (action), SN: 3443630, Bolt Action Rifle, 22'' Round barrel. WWII rifle & a first year production 03-A3 rifle. The upgraded cheeked & flat pistol grip wood stock is excellent, with few minor contusions the stock's original finish. The metal blue finish rates 75% overall. The barrel appears to be the original, having been shortened & with the front sight removed. No original receiver sight, as receiver now carries a Weaver K4 60-B scope mounted on side detachable Paul Jaeger mount. Bore is excellent. Stock carries a sold Kickeez recoil pad. Bolt handle has been altered to a swept back position. Sling studs. An excellent sporterized or custom military to hunter conversion. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 300 to 600
