Winchester Model 1903, CAL: .22 WIN Automatic, MFG:1906, SN: 29108, Semi-Auto Rifle, 20'' Tapered round barrel. The original straight grip wood stocks are fair, with several horizontal stress cracks located at the wrist & another 5.5'' tight stress crack on the left side of the forend. The toe & upper comb of stock by the buttplate have wood chips & there is a gouge & crack at the front of the upper comb. The original finish shows lots of wear, thinning & oil staining. The metal blue finish on the barrel rates 90%, while the receiver has worn mostly gun metal gray, with a thin spotty brown patina. Forend cap appears to be reblued. Bore is excellent. The rifle is fitted with updated rear & front sights. Crescent metal buttplate. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 150 to 300
