Description

Winchester, Model 1902, Early first variation, .22 Short & Long (not marked Extra Long like later examples) Cal., MFG. 1902-03, SN: None, Bolt Action Rifle, 18'' Tapered round barrel. The original wood stock is good & solid, after glue repair of two 5'' stress cracks to the left side forend. The stock was then lightly sanded & refinished with the remains of several handling marks, contusions & scratches. The metal blue has worn mostly gun metal gray, with a thin brown patina. Bore is good. Original sights. ''S'' trigger guard. Original rubber buttplate with engraved screws. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 150 to 300
