Winchester, Model 02, CAL: .22 S,L & Ex L, MFG: 1902-31, SN: NONE, Bolt Action Rifle, 18'' barrel. The straight grip wood stock is good, having been sanded & re-stained. There is a 6'' glue repaired crack on both sides of the forend, a crack below the left side of the frame, a smoothed edge chip below the right side of the frame & other minor blemishes throughout. The metal finish has fully worn to metal gray & toned to a thin brown patina, with consistent cleaned pitting throughout. Bore is good & bright, with scarring & intermittent pitting. Fixed notch rear sight & blade front sight. Winchester checkered plastic buttplate, with silver paint on it. Replaced trigger guard. Mechanical operation appears to function properly.
