Remington, Model 341 The Sportmaster, CAL: 22 S,L,LR, MFG: 1936-40, SN: 73656 (barrel), Bolt Action Rifle, 24'' barrel. The flat pistol grip wood stock is excellent, having been lightly sanded & refinished. There are smoothed dings, scratches & scrapes under the applied finish, which is wearing unevenly, with dull & glossed areas. The metal blue finish on the barrel has worn to metal gray & toned to a brown patina, with remnants of original blue in protected areas. The finish on the receiver rates 70%, with areas of thinning & spotting, toned to a brown patina. Bore is excellent. Adjustable rear sight & blade front sight. Worn Remington checkered buttplate.
