Savage, Model 1904, CAL: 22 S,L,LR, MFG: 1904-24, SN: 36861, Bolt Action Rifle, 18'' barrel, 6 grooves 1 turn in 16''. The original straight grip wood stock is very good & solid. There are several minor contusions, nicks & scratches to the original finish. The original metal blue finish rates 80%, toning brown as it thins. The original serpentine trigger guard has a thin brown patina. Bore is poor, with lot pitting & roughness amongst worn rifling. The rifle holds a small receiver sight & small blade front sight. Buttstock carries a smooth metal buttplate. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 75 to 150
