The Hamilton Rifle Co. Model 15, 22 SHORT, MFG: 1902-10 SN: NONE, Under Lever Single Shot Rifle, 8'' round barrel. 28'' OAL. The original wood stock is excellent, with light scratches & contusions to the original finish. The metal blue has fully toned to a chocolate brown patina. The company markings & patents are stamped on left side of receiver. Steel rolled barrel, with original brass liner. The 12 groove bore, with 1 turn in 16'', r.h. twist, is good, clean & with thinning rifling. Barrel fitted with blade front sight & reproduction sheet metal rear peep sight. Lever retains a majority of the nickel finish. Original thin metal buttplate. Just under 235,000 produced. Another rare example in very good original condition. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 200 to 400
