Remington, Model 6, CAL: 22, MFG: 1901-33, SN: S197804, Single Action Rolling Block Rifle, 20'' barrel. The accurate replacement straight grip wood stocks are good & solid. There is a 5'' crack coming off the bottom tang, a 3'' crack coming off the upper tang, along with contusions, scrapes & dings to the finish. Non-matching SN on stock. The metal blue finish on the barrel has worn to metal gray & toned to a brown patina. The case-hardened receiver has tiny remnants of case-colors near the buttstock, but mostly worn to metal gray & toned to a brown patina. Bore is good, with scarring & light pitting amongst strong rifling. Fixed rear sight & blade front sight (missing flip-up tang peep sight). Stock has a Remington-UMC smooth metal buttplate.
