Winchester, Model 1200, CAL: 12 GA, MFG: 1964-82, SN: L860476, Pump Action Shotgun, Mod. Choke, Winchester Screw-in Choke, 28'' Ventilated barrel. The Winchester Model 1200 was introduced in 1964 as a low-cost replacement for the venerable Model 12 & was just the second shotgun to utilize a rotary bolt, with four locking lugs secured within the barrel extension. It was Winchester's first shotgun to incorporate the company's patented WinChoke system, a quick change tube to allow the easy replacement of chokes. The original checkered & capped pistol grip wood stocks are excellent, with just a few minor nicks the original finish. The original metal blue/black finishes on the barrel & alloy receiver rate 95% overall, Bore is excellent. Single front bead. Buttstock carries a Winchester buttplate. FFL Req. - Value: 250 to 500
