P. Webley & Son, R.I.C No 1, CAL: marked .455CF, MFG: early 1900's, SN: 91154, Double Action Revolver, 4 1/2'' barrel. The top of the frame is marked ''P.WEBLEY & SON LONDON & BIRMINGHAM''. The left side of the frame is marked ''E.P'', over ''WEBLEY'S RIC NO 1 455CF'' in an oval. The winged bullet logo is marked below the previous marking & next to the full SN. The checkered wood grips are poor, with multiple glue repaired cracks, smooth checkering, edge chips, scrapes & dings. The metal finish has fully worn to a mix of metal gray & brown patina, with consistent cleaned pitting & some smaller areas of heavy pitting. Bore is fair, with consistent cleaned pitting. Integral V-notch rear sight & blade front sight. Cylinder free spins when hammer is down & has a fair amount of play when the hammer is cocked. Lanyard loop present. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 100 to 200
