Description

Smith & Wesson, 1st Model - 2nd Issue, CAL: .22 SHORT, MFG: 1860-68, SN: 31075, Single Action Tip-Up Revolver, 3 1/4'' barrel. The two-piece wood grips are excellent, with scrapes, & minor nicks/dings. The finish is beginning to thin towards the bottom of the left grip. The metal blue finish on the barrel & cylinder has fully toned to a brown patina. The silver plated frame is a mix of faded silver, gray/brown patina & areas worn to reveal the brass frame. Bore is fair & dark, with pitting. Appx. 115,000 2nd Issue 1st Models were produced. Antique, No FFL Req. - Value: 200 to 400
