Hopkins & Allen, XL Bulldog Folding Hammer, CAL: 38 S&W, MFG: circa 1880's-90's, SN: 3180, Double Action Revolver, 3'' barrel. The F&W carved & checkered hard rubber grips are good. The bottom of both grips have a sizeable edge chip, otherwise very good. The metal finish has fully worn to gun metal gray, with consistent pitting & speckling throughout. Bore is good & bright, with roughness & pitting. Blade front sight. Loading gate swings freely. Issues with mechanical operation. Needs to be inspected by a licensed gunsmith before operation. SOLD AS IS- NO RETURNS. Antique, No FFL Req. - Value: 50 to 150
