NAZI MARKED, Browning (FN), Model: M1922, Cal: 7.65 (.32 ACP), MFG: 1940-44, S/N: 40951, Semi-auto pistol. The checkered wood grips are very good with light wear from use. The metal finish has been re-blued & rates as such rates 96% with minor wear. The left side of the slide is marked with two faded Waffenamt proof marks & a faint iron eagle stamp, ''FABRIQUE NATIONALE D'ARMES DE GUERRE HERSTAL BELGIQUE'', ''BROWNING'S PATENT DEPOSE''. The left side of the trigger guard is marked with a faint ''MR''. The right side of the frame, barrel, & end slide cap, are all marked with the S/N. The bore is excellent. Slide holds a blade front sight with a V-notch rear sight. Pistol comes with one mag. This pistol was made when the Germany army occupied the FN plant in Belgium during WW2.
