Description

Winchester, Model 1903, .22 WIN AUTO Cal., MFG. 1903, SN: 3439, Semi-Auto Rifle, 20'' round tapered barrel, The original wood stocks are fair to good & solid, but with a full length stress crack to the right side of the forend. There is also a large reattached chip at the heal of the stock utilizing six small nails with filler over the nail holes. The stocks have been sanded & refinished, but still have several minor scratches, scrapes & contusions. The reblued metal finish on the barrel rates 90%, while the receiver, forend cap & buttplate carry a flat gray metal finish. Bore is good. Fitted with the original rear & front sights. Factory metal buttplate, with replaced upper screw. The reloading plunger in the stock is a bit stiff going in & out. Due to the restoration & possibility of additional replaced parts, This gun may need additional work & is therefore being sold ''AS-IS'' with no returns. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 200 to 400
