Description

Savage, Model 19 NRA Match Rifle, 22 S. L. LR, MFG: 1919-33 SN: NONE, Bolt Action Mag Fed Rifle, 25.25'' round barrel. The original flat pistol grip military style wood stock is good & solid. It displays numerous surface scrapes, scratches & contusions to the thinning, darkened & well worn original finish. The original metal finish rates 30% overall, with spotting worn areas to gray, cleaned rust speckling & toning to a brown patina. Bore is fair, with scarred roughness & pitting amongst worn rifling. Missing the original receiver sight & fitted with the original tall blade front sight. There is an extra hole in the top of the barrel around the area of where a rear sight might have been previously placed. The stock carries the original buttplate. Original detachable mag. Open hole from missing screw in front of the mag. Sling swivels. This gun fires once cocked regardless of safety on or off. It is therefore being sold ''AS-IS'' as a parts gun with no returns. We recommend this being repaired by a gunsmith before attempting to fire. FFL or C&R - Value: 50 to 150
