Description

W.W. Greener, SxS Shotgun, CAL: 12GA, MFG: 1875-87, SN: 20150, Break Action SxS Shotgun, 30'' barrels. The checkered round knob wood stocks are good. There are numerous contusions, scratches, scrapes & thinning finish on the comb. The forend has an edge chip & is missing the inlaid tip. The right side of the stock has a copper Pan American Exposition badge, with a buffalo in the center, dated 1901 & ahead of the badge is stamped ''101'', commonly used stamp for the 101 Ranch. The barrels have worn to metal gray & toned to a brown patina, with patches of dark spotting. The case-hardened receiver has fully worn to metal gray & toned to a brown patina. The receiver, trigger guard, break lever, barrel rib & safety button all display ornamental scroll engraving. Bores are good, with roughness & overall wear from use. The sold rib holds a single front bead. Stock carries a worn & cracked brown rubber recoil pad. Antique, No FFL Req. - Value: 400 to 800
