Description

CASED, Colt Heritage Commemorative 1847 Walker, CAL: 44, MFG: 1980, SN: C Company No 277, Percussion Single Action Revolver, 9'' barrel. The top of the barrel is marked ''ADDRESS SAM L COLT NEW-YORK CITY''. The left side of the barrel is marked ''THE COLT HERITAGE COMMEMORATIVE'' in a gold banner with foliate accents. The right side of the barrel has vignette portraits of Samuel Walker & Samuel Colt, between the portraits is marked ''U.S 1847''. The cylinder displays a crisp battle scene. Both grips have crisp cartouches. All matching SN on the barrel, trigger guard & butt. The wood grips are excellent, with a couple minor scrapes to the finish. The metal blue finish on the barrel & cylinder rates 99%. The case-hardened frame, hammer & ram-rod all display excellent case-colors. Bore is excellent. Small blade front sight. Comes in presentation case, with green interior. Included is The Colt Heritage book by R.L Wilson. Book condition is excellent. Case condition is excellent, with some scuffs, scrapes & couple spots of thinned finish. Black powder, No FFL Req. - Value: 600 to 1000
