Swiss, M1914 Sawback sword bayonet with sheath, the blade has been buffed & cleaned, leading to the markings being faint, the right side of the blade is marked ''SOLINGEN'', under a worn name, the marking appears to be for Gebruder Weyersberg in Solingen Germany. The right side of the blade has four faint number lined out & ''79'' lined out. The guard & pommel have rust. These bayonets were given to special troops & was intend to act better as a tool, rather than the standard bayonet. Grade: Very Good + - Value: 80 to 160
