US, M1860 light cavalry saber with scabbard & frog. Blade has spots of patina. The left side of the blade is marked ''NJ'', ''ON'', ''R'', the left side is marked ''U'', ''SC4''. Wire wrapped wood handle, the finish is worn-down in spots. Brass guard & pommel. Scabbard has brown patina & gun metal gray showing in spots. The leather for the frog is still malleable but the coating is cracking & flaking off. Grade: Very Good + - Value: 100 to 300
