Winchester Model 1892, CAL: 32 WCF, MFG: 1919, SN: 865408, Lever Action Rifle, 24 1/4'' octagon barrel, Full mag. The straight grip wood stocks are good & solid, despite a 4' crack with fill repair on the left side of the wrist & a 3'' crack on the right side. There are also a couple of 1'' to 2'' stress cracks above the toe of the stock. The stocks have been sanded & reoiled, but still retain numerous scrapes, nicks, & dings. The metal blue finish has worn to mostly a spotty thin brown patina, With some areas worn gun metal gray & a bit of remaining blue in protected areas. Bore is very good, mostly clean & shiny, but with some intermittent spots of cleaned roughness. Barrel holds an adjustable rear sight & small blade front sight. Stock carries a smooth crescent metal buttplate. Tight, smooth action. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 800 to 1500
