Marlin, Model 336 R.C. Carbine, marked .30-30 Cal., MFG. 1955, SN: M14957, Lever Action Carbine, 20'' round barrel, Full mag., The original flat pistol grip wood stock is very good & solid. The stocks have been sanded & refinished, with the stock being recontoured with an indention of the left side. There remains a few small scratches or contusions. Marlin bull's-eye in stock is missing. The original metal blue finish has worn gun metal gray on barrel & mag., with 20% remaining on the receiver. The barrel carries an adjustable rear sight & large blade front sight. Bore is excellent. Stock carries a Marlin plastic buttplate. Tight smooth action. Another good carbine, which shoots the popular 30-30 caliber. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 300 to 600
