Winchester Model 43, CAL: marked 218 BEE, MFG: 1950, SN: 20198A, Bolt Action Rifle, 24'' round barrel. The original flat pistol grip wood stock is very good & solid, with a thin added coat of finish over the original finish. There are very few handling or use marks to the finish. There is a shooters medal inlaid on the right side of the stock. The factory metal blue is 95% on the barrel & receiver. Bore is excellent. The rifle is fitted with scope blocks on the barrel, a Williams' blank filled rear dovetail & a hooded ramp front sight. Factory sling swivels. Checkered metal buttplate. Detachable mag. A fairly rare rifle as Winchester only made it for six years, with just over 62,500 produced. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 500 to 1000
