Remington, Model 81, 300 SAV. CAL, MFG. 1949, SN: 50618, Semi-Auto Rifle, 22'' barrel. The original flat pistol grip wood stocks are excellent, but with several minor to small scrapes, scratches & contusions, along with some haze & finish wear to the original finish. The original metal blue finish rates 95% on the barrel, 90% on the receiver. The barrel carries standard rear & front sights. Bore is excellent. Stock carries the Remington checkered metal buttplate. 4 rd fixed magazine. An overall excellent & all original standard 81 rifle. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 800 to 1200
