Winchester, Model 90, .22 LONG RIFLE Cal., MFG: 1928 SN: 792782, Slide Action Pump, 24'' Tapered octagon barrel. The L.R, only caliber is the rarest & most desired caliber amongst collectors as only 10% of total production were this caliber. The original wood is excellent & solid, with a few very minor finish level scratches or contusions to the original finish, which also has an added thin protective layer of finish over the top. The original metal blued finish is 90% on the barrel & receiver, with most wear on the edges, & 80% on the mag tube. Bore is excellent. The receiver is fitted with a fantastic Lyman windage adjusting tang sight with large disk aperture. Barrel carries the original front & rear sights, Factory crescent steel buttplate, Excellent original example of a single caliber 90 remaining in very high collectible condition.
